For over 20 years Markus Kruse was a managing director and entrepreneur – responsible for companies with up to 320 employees and around 50 million euros in revenue. His hands-on experience ranges from restructuring and M&A integrations to international growth, with a focus on digitalisation, software development, automation and artificial intelligence.
Today, as a consultant, coach and trainer, he supports mid-sized companies and executives – at eye level and drawing on his own entrepreneurial experience.
